Healthy living is so much more than meets the eye. Together, we will gently pull back the curtain to discover why we do what we do and help us heal from the inside out.
I use evidence-based approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), combined with a holistic, intuitive approach. You are the expert on yourself and know what you need within. I am simply a guide to help you connect to your inner wisdom and heal yourself.
I also have experience with continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). If you are interested, I can help you acquire a sensor and use it mindfully to improve physical health, without sacrificing emotional health.
Physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness are all connected (see my model below). From eating real, whole foods to establishing boundaries, there are many behaviors that can help you heal—not just your body, but your life.
